Making a Claim

Even the safest of drivers can have an accident, suffer damage to their car or even have it stolen. Don’t worry, we’re here to make things as simple as possible if you need to make a claim on your policy.

Immediately after any incident, you should report it to us by calling our 24 hour Claims Helpline on 0345 605 6764. Even if you haven’t decided whether to make a claim or not, or don’t plan to, please call to notify us of your incident as this will allow us to protect your, your insurer’s and our interests at an early stage.

Our aim will be to give you all the assistance we can and help your insurer progress your claim as swiftly as possible, including checking the cover of any Additional Services that you may have purchased. For ultimate peace of mind we offer a range of products that will benefit you when you need it the most.

For example, if your car is written-off or stolen and not recovered, Car Hire Cover will give you a hire car for up to 21 days while your claim is sorted, helping to keep you on the move and not inconvenienced. If you’re injured then Personal Injury Cover could pay-out a lump sum to you and your family. If you’re not at fault, Motoring Legal Protection will allow you to sit back and relax as an appointed solicitor and up to £100,000 in legal costs will help to recover any uninsured losses such as your lost earnings.
